This Month's Texana Recipe Pistachio Salad

Simple and delicious. 

1 can  (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 pkg.  (3.4 oz.) Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding

1 cup Miniature Marshmallows

½ cup  chopped pecans

1-1/2 cups  thawed cool whip


1) Combine pineapple, pudding, marshmallows, and pecans in large bowl.

2) Stir in cool whip.

3) Refrigerate for one hour.
