German Cooked Cheese
Koch Kase “Cooked Cheese” is German dish traditionally made with Quark cheese.
8 slices Kraft Swiss American Cheese
1 can evaporated milk (small can)
1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons flour (leveled)
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Melt butter and add flour mixing well.
- Add milk and cheese. Heat over very low heat until melted well.
- Add caraway seeds and place in a container to cool completely.
- Store in refrigerator. Best if served on fresh homemade bread.
