This Month's Texana Recipe Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Perfect side for outdoor grilling. 

 

Cucumber & Tomato Salad

 

2 cucumbers

2 large tomatoes

½ red onion (optional)

½ cup white vinegar

3 tbsp oil (either vegetable or olive)

1 ½ tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

 

  1. Cut cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into small chunks
  2. Add in oil and vinegar
  3. Add in salt, pepper, and sugar. Adjust to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Enjoy!
